The Delhi Institute of Computer Education (DICS) is the computer training division of DICS TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED established in 1994 Under a chairperson who is himself an M.Tech in computers. and a highly qualified staff, DICS is .a well known company in the industry since its decision to start operations that have brought computers and people together.

The first DICS' centre started in july 1994 Since then, the organization has expanded to 15 centres across the National Capital Region. From just five students in the beginning the institute today has more than 15000 on its roll To provide world-class computer education, DICS's head office and its various other centres have been accredited by the DOEACC Society of the All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE) under the Ministry of Communication & Information Technology Government of India DICS runs courses in software hardware and multimedia for all its centres are fully equipped
